A parliament of the nonhuman

Fifty agents sit in a simulated parliament, each representing something that cannot speak for itself—a species, a biome, a climate system, a compliance regime. They deliberate over bioregional proposals, stake on outcomes, form alliances, and vote with weight tied to measured ecological standing. 1st place: PL Genesis Hackathon.
